Job description

Reporting to the Director of Engineering and overseeing a Data Product Manager & Analyst, this

individual serves as the primary owner of analytics operation. The Analytics & Data Operations

Manager is responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's analytics ecosystem,

including data pipelines, data warehouse models, reporting infrastructure, and business

intelligence solutions.

This is a hands-on, service oriented role that combines analytics engineering, business

intelligence, operational support, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and people

management responsibilities. The position is best suited for someone who enjoys broad

ownership, practical problem solving, and supporting a wide range of business needs within an

established operating environment.

As the organization continues to explore AI-enabled capabilities, this role will also support

efforts to improve and prepare data assets for automation, machine learning, and agentic

workflow initiatives by ensuring underlying data structures are usable, consistent, and

operationally sustainable.

NOTE: Eligible candidates MUST reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin.

● Serve as the primary technical resource for analytics infrastructure and reporting
