Reporting to the Director of Engineering and overseeing a Data Product Manager & Analyst, this
individual serves as the primary owner of analytics operation. The Analytics & Data Operations
Manager is responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's analytics ecosystem,
including data pipelines, data warehouse models, reporting infrastructure, and business
intelligence solutions.
This is a hands-on, service oriented role that combines analytics engineering, business
intelligence, operational support, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and people
management responsibilities. The position is best suited for someone who enjoys broad
ownership, practical problem solving, and supporting a wide range of business needs within an
established operating environment.
As the organization continues to explore AI-enabled capabilities, this role will also support
efforts to improve and prepare data assets for automation, machine learning, and agentic
workflow initiatives by ensuring underlying data structures are usable, consistent, and
operationally sustainable.

Key Responsibilities
Required
● 4+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, business intelligence,
analytics, or related fields.
● Strong understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and semantic-layer
concepts.
● Experience building and maintaining ELT/ETL pipelines.
● Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
● Experience working within software engineering workflows and source control
processes.
● Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

● Monitor and support daily ELT pipelines and reporting processes.
