• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services through secure virtual platforms, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and client confidentiality.
• Work with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and provide them with continuous support and motivation throughout their journey.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to the individual preferences and treatment objectives of clients, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of treatment sessions, client interactions, and progress notes in alignment with best practices and regulations.

The primary focus of this role will be on an outpatient population, providing support to clients dealing with a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building rapport and effective therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance remote sessions and administrative responsibilities efficiently.

• Experience in teletherapy and proficiency in using digital communication tools to deliver therapy.
• Background in providing services to diverse populations, with an understanding of multicultural issues and their impact on mental health.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Ongoing engagement in professional development through workshops or additional certifications.

Cornerstone Psychotherapy Health Clinic offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and workload.
