The Opportunity
JB Inc Solutions is seeking an experienced, organized, and resourceful professional to join our aviation advisory practice.
This is an opportunity for an experienced project and client management professional to enter the aviation consulting industry. Previous airport or aviation experience is not required. We e looking for someone who knows how to manage projects, work directly with clients, organize complex information, and turn ideas into polished professional work products.
The position will work closely with JB Inc Solutions leadership and airport clients throughout the United States.
What You’ll Do
·       Manage consulting projects, schedules, deadlines, deliverables, and client follow-up.
·       Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, employees, and project partners
·       Develop RFPs, RFQs, scopes of work, evaluation materials, and procurement documents for complex projects.
·       Interview employees, managers, and subject-matter experts to understand operations and identify project needs.
·       Create training manuals, SOPs, policies, procedures, checklists, forms, and other operational materials.
·       Conduct research and assist with financial and operational analysis.
·       Prepare professional reports, presentations, executive summaries, spreadsheets, and client materials
·       Support meetings, presentations, proposals, and other consulting assignments.
·       Use AI and modern productivity tools to improve research, analysis, document development, and project efficiency.
·       Travel to client locations for meetings, interviews, operational reviews, and project implementation.
What We’re Looking For
·       3–5 years of professional project management and client management experience.

·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
·       Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
·       Strong professional writing and document-development skills.
·       Advanced proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
·       Comfortable using AI and emerging technology tools as part of everyday professional work.
·       Confidence interacting with both senior executives and front-line employees.
·       Willingness to travel approximately 40–50%, generally up to two weeks per month.
Experience developing RFPs/RFQs, SOPs, training manuals, procurement documents, or working in consulting, professional services, government, engineering, construction, finance, hospitality, or another client-focused industry is a plus.
Aviation experience is not required.
Who Will Succeed in This Role?
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t need every assignment mapped out step-by-step.
You should be comfortable receiving a client need or problem, figuring out what information is required, interviewing the right people, researching the issue, using available technology and AI tools, and developing a professional finished product.
You should enjoy variety. One project may involve developing an RFP, another may involve interviewing employees and creating an operations manual, and another may require research, analysis, and preparation of an executive presentation.
Compensation & Location

Salary Range: $70,000–$80,000 annually
, depending on experience and qualifications.
When not traveling for client work, the employee will work from home.
Travel will average approximately three weeks per month to client locations throughout the United States.
