Regional Sales Manager - Helicopters (Remote within US)
This position can be worked Remotely within US with travel to the offices and customer sites as required (Travel 30-50% approx.)

As a Regional Sales Manager supporting our Helicopter business, you'll play a key role in driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering innovative MRO solutions across the Central and Southern U.S. region. What You'll Do
  • Manage and grow helicopter MRO customer accounts across the Central/South U.S. region
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to support revenue growth and market expansion
  • Build long-term customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, contract discussions, and commercial negotiations
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams to support customer success
  • Coordinate sales activities with Business Development and divisional leadership teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and customer account information within Salesforce CRM
  • Represent StandardAero at trade shows, industry events, customer visits, and business meetings
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic growth opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in aviation MRO sales, account management, business development, or related aerospace commercial roles
  • Experience supporting helicopter, engine, or airframe MRO programs and customer accounts
  • Knowledge of aviation MRO operations, customer requirements, and market dynamics
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with operational and commercial teams to support customer solutions and business growth
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Valid passport required

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience
  • Helicopter MRO sales experience
  • Experience supporting operators within the Central/South U.S. region
  • Technical aviation background, including A&P certification or related training
  • Experience supporting turbine engine and/or rotorcraft platforms
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
