Program Management Specialist, Mid
The Opportunity:
Provides program management support directly to an Assistant Program Manager within a Navy cybersecurity program office. Engages with multiple stakeholders across engineering, acquisition, finance, contracts, and logistics functions. Develops comprehensive briefings and communicates program status to Navy leadership. Tracks critical action items, schedules, costs, and performance metrics. Analyzes requirements, budgets, and schedules to perform management and business case analyses. Collects, organizes, and interprets data using advanced visualization techniques tailored to various audiences.

You Have:
  • Experience applying data management, data analysis, and data visualization techniques
  • Experience in providing specialized project management support for a Department of Defense acquisition program
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member to manage schedule, cost, and performance metrics
  • Ability to apply excellent organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience in project management, Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience in project management, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in project management

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
