About the role As a Services Manager, you will lead a team of Client Solutions Directors (CSDs) responsible for driving the growth of Insight's Services portfolio within the Commercial market. Functions include sales leadership, go-to-market strategy execution, pipeline and forecast management, quota attainment, seller coaching and development, cross-functional alignment with Sales and Solution leaders, and overall team performance against revenue and growth objectives.

Along the way, you will get to: Lead a team of Client Solutions Directors by providing coaching, strategic direction, performance management, and leadership focused on achieving sales, pipeline, and revenue objectives. Manage the day-to-day operations of the team and be responsible for employee development, quota attainment, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching to drive growth and seller effectiveness. Manage the assigned financial aspects of the team, including revenue performance, services growth objectives, forecast commitments, KPI attainment, and overall business results within the Commercial market.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and sales plays in partnership with Commercial Sales Leadership, Solution Leaders, and Services stakeholders to drive services adoption, market penetration, and revenue growth. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5-8 years' experience leading quota-carrying sales professionals within technology, services, consulting, managed services, cloud, or solution-based sales environments, including responsibility for coaching, performance management, pipeline reviews, forecasting, and revenue attainment. Two years' experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies, sales plays, and growth initiatives in partnership with sales, services, and solution leadership teams, with accountability for business performance and revenue objectives
