This role is based in a flexible remote environment, designed to meet the diverse needs of both our therapists and clients. While you will primarily conduct sessions remotely, there may be opportunities for in-office meetings in our outpatient facility located in Homestead, Florida, enriching teamwork and collaboration. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ needs, establishing comprehensive treatment plans that are client-centered and actionable.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Collaborate effectively with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress throughout the treatment process, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Offer flexible teletherapy options to support clients who may experience geographic or mobility-related barriers, ensuring everyone has access to essential mental health support.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and progress, complying with ethical and regulatory standards, and utilizing our secure health record systems.
• Participate in ongoing professional education and training opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Our client population is diverse, including adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build a trust-based therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and mental health challenges.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to manage a dynamic caseload effectively.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a private practice or outpatient facility.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities and the ability to adapt them to individual client needs.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy resources, enhancing accessibility for clients.

• Competitive annual salary in the range of USD 60,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
