Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ethical and compassionate individual therapy sessions through live video conferencing, ensuring client confidentiality and emotional safety.
  • Develop personalized therapeutic treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of stable, low-acuity adults.
  • Utilize solution-focused therapy techniques and evidence-based practices to guide clients toward their mental health goals.
  • Facilitate ongoing progress tracking, adjusting treatment strategies in response to client feedback and developments.
  • Support clients in uncovering insights related to their thoughts, feelings, and interpersonal relationships to foster self-awareness and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve stable adults who are seeking support for a variety of low-acuity mental health concerns. These can include anxiety, mild depression, adjustment disorders, and stress management. By focusing on a manageable client demographic, you will create targeted therapeutic relationships that yield significant outcomes within a virtual setting.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • A valid and current license to practice therapy in Oregon, including LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD), is essential.
  • Ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating initiative and decision-making skills.
  • No disciplinary actions on your license are permissible for this role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to ongoing professional development in psychotherapy are required.
Preferred Experience
  • Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and digital tools to conduct therapy sessions efficiently.
  • Experience in providing counseling services in a remote environment.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and hours committed to the role.
