- Utilize solution-focused therapy techniques and evidence-based practices to guide clients toward their mental health goals.
- Facilitate ongoing progress tracking, adjusting treatment strategies in response to client feedback and developments.
- Support clients in uncovering insights related to their thoughts, feelings, and interpersonal relationships to foster self-awareness and personal growth.

Your work will primarily involve stable adults who are seeking support for a variety of low-acuity mental health concerns. These can include anxiety, mild depression, adjustment disorders, and stress management. Qualifications- A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
- A valid and current license to practice therapy in Oregon, including LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD), is essential.
- Ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating initiative and decision-making skills.
- No disciplinary actions on your license are permissible for this role.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to ongoing professional development in psychotherapy are required.
- Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and digital tools to conduct therapy sessions efficiently.
