• Conduct initial assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, strengths, and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Facilitate individual, couple, and group therapy sessions, utilizing video conferencing tools for seamless communication.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress within our electronic health record system.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during critical moments, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
• Participate in regular team meetings and peer supervision to enhance clinical skills and share best practices.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and CE credits offered by the clinic.

You will be serving a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and couples dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. • Current licensure as a Mental Health Clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• A minimum of two years of documented experience in mental health counseling or psychotherapy.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work.
• Strong treatment planning skills and proven experience providing effective therapy to teens, adults, and couples.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction and documentation.
• Comfortable navigating telehealth platforms for virtual appointments.
• Experience in a remote or telehealth setting is highly advantageous.

• Demonstrated expertise in psychotherapeutic techniques for diverse issues such as trauma, grief, or substance use.
• Experience leading therapy groups or workshops is a plus.
• Familiarity with managing case documentation and treatment analytics.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience.
