To support specialized hiring across motorsports, performance automotive, high-performance engineering, and technical business functions, the talent team needs a senior recruiter who understands niche automotive talent markets and can build strong pipelines of specialized candidates. We're hiring a Senior Recruiter โ€“ Motorsports & Performance Recruiting to do exactly that.

About the Role

This is a specialized recruiting role focused on identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across motorsports, performance automotive, aftermarket automotive, and high-performance engineering environments. You'll operate as a full-cycle recruiting partner, working closely with hiring managers to define talent needs, build sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through offer and onboarding.

What You'll Do

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, business, and professional positions
  • Manage candidate screenings, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding activities
  • Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Specialized Talent Sourcing

  • Source and engage passive candidates in niche motorsports, performance automotive, aftermarket automotive, and high-performance engineering markets
  • Build pipelines of specialized talent, including engineers, technicians, program managers, business professionals, and leadership candidates
  • Use networking, referrals, market mapping, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry associations, and sourcing tools to identify top talent

Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Partner directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define talent needs, and develop recruiting strategies
  • Provide consultative guidance on candidate availability, compensation expectations, and market competitiveness
  • Support intake discussions, calibration, candidate review, and hiring decision alignment

Market Intelligence & Pipeline Development

  • Provide market intelligence, talent availability insights, and compensation data to support hiring strategy
  • Build long-term relationships within motorsports, performance automotive, and technical talent communities
  • Represent the organization within relevant industry communities, networks, and events

ATS, CRM & Process Management

  • Maintain accurate ATS and CRM data
  • Track pipeline activity, candidate status, and recruiting progress
  • Ensure recruiting workflows are organized, compliant, and aligned with business needs

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
