Job Overview:
Pay Range: $50.00hr - $55.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
  • 10+ years of experience with Veeva CRM on the Salesforce platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault CRM configuration or migration, or commercial Vault modules such as PromoMats and CLM.
  • In-depth understanding of Life Sciences, Pharma, or MedTech commercial compliance, including PDMA and consent tracking.
  • Proficiency in Vault Loader, REST APIs, and CRM data structures.
Responsibilities:
  • Configure Vault CRM / Veeva CRM objects, layouts, call reporting, and sample management workflows.
  • Support alignment and data exchange across Vault CRM, Veeva Align, PromoMats, and Approved Email.
  • Review, discuss, and convert commercial, medical, and sales operations requirements into effective system configurations.
  • Manage security profiles, user permissions, territory alignments, and data validation rules.
  • Develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet requirements while ensuring quality and timely execution of consulting projects.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and utilize technical expertise in the Veeva CRM / Vault CRM Platform to drive successful outcomes.
