Job description

As the business development manager - real estate, you will be responsible for making appointments with property owner leads provided by our marketing program, collecting property owner leads from rental listing services, and generating a referral base from other real estate brokers and agents. You need to be able to affectively explain to property owners and investors the advantages of using professional property managers at PMI at their properties and get signed management agreements. A successful candidate will be committed to excellence, have industry knowledge, have effective communication skills and close 10 to 20 property management contracts per month.

COMPENSATION
The Director of Real Estate Services position offers a competitive and generous compensation plan that rewards success. Compensation consists of a base salary plus commissions, giving the employee an opportunity to make over $150k.

REQUIREMENTS

● Current Colorado real estate license (required);

● Work from home or from the PMI Aspire office;

● MUST HAVE A PROVEN RECORD OF SUCCESS CONVERTING LEADS TO APPOINTMENTS;

● Local travel as required;

● Excellent oral skills;

● Experience with phone sales;

● Must be able to close for appointments at the property;

● Must be able to meet prospects at their properties;

● Must be able to do initial property inspections and get signed property management contracts;
