The Department of Children and Families has identified a need for one Business Analyst/Consultant IV who will be responsible for managing and coordinating the development of requirements documents and performing liaison work with BITS Support Services for high-profile projects that support the DCF services provided to children and families. This position lives in the Division of Early Care & Education so knowledge of child care systems is highly recommended.
This position requires an individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as, have an ability to work with minimal direction and oversight. Individuals in this role must have experience in working on business area projects. The ability to think critically and problem solve are essential.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Analyst functions across all assigned projects, including support in gathering business requirements.
  • Internal stakeholder engagement - communicate requirements status to project team members, workgroups, and sponsors.
  • Develop policy and procedures to streamline automation project steps and more project process steps more efficient.
