This role will lead complex implementation work, establish development standards, mentor junior developers, and accelerate delivery of reusable enterprise capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Build enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and related services. • Develop advanced automations, integrations, reusable components, and agent experiences. • Implement connector-based access to enterprise and LOB systems in alignment with architecture patterns. • Translate architecture and product requirements into scalable, supportable solutions. • Support solution packaging, ALM, testing, release readiness, and operational handoff. • Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability. • Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards, design reviews, and dev best practices. • Collaborate with architects, product managers, reporting teams, and security/governance stakeholders.
