The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and a proven track record delivering scalable and secure solutions within complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and support ServiceNow components including workflows, Flow Designer solutions, business rules, client scripts, service catalogs, portals, dashboards, reports, notifications, and ACLs.
  • Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and internal or third-party systems.
  • Ensure solutions align with business requirements, security standards, and platform best practices.
