Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive social work services to clients remotely, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.

• Coordinating services with healthcare providers, counselors, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to client care.

Your main focus will be on clients undergoing detoxification for substance use disorders. You will work with a diverse range of patients who face unique challenges and require personalized support throughout their recovery journey. Your role is critical in helping them navigate their emotions, build coping strategies, and foster resilience as they work toward lasting recovery.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

• A minimum of three years of experience in the field of social work, preferably with a focus on substance misuse or mental health.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and collaborate with a diverse team.

• Proficiency in remote work technologies, including video conferencing platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience

Experience working in a detox center or with clients facing substance use challenges is highly preferred. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches that address addiction and mental health conditions will be advantageous in this role. Additionally, a certification in trauma-informed care can distinguish your profile.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this rewarding role ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
