This position allows you to work remotely, providing the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from a setting of your choice. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health, employing standardized diagnostic tools and clinical judgment to effectively identify their needs and develop customized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through a secure, user-friendly digital platform, utilizing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices tailored to clients’ preferences.
• Engage in collaborative goal-setting with clients, working together to establish realistic therapeutic objectives and provide ongoing motivation and support throughout the treatment process.
• Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to ensure that records are up to date and compliant with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular supervision and peer consultation meetings to enhance multidisciplinary collaboration and reflect on clinical practices.

The clientele at DFSI Health & Rehabilitation Center encompasses a wide range of individuals facing diverse mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and adjustment disorders. Our remote model allows us to provide support to clients across the Arlington, Texas area and beyond, ensuring that mental health care is accessible to those in need, regardless of their location.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, reflecting a robust educational foundation in clinical practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients in a virtual setting, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to efficiently handle multiple clients, manage caseloads, and maintain clinical documentation within deadlines.

• Experience providing therapy remotely and familiarity with telehealth tools.
• A background in working with diverse populations and varying mental health conditions.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and teletherapy platforms to streamline practice needs.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on caseload and experience.
