• Conduct detailed assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop customized treatment plans that promote healing and stability.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions, selecting appropriate modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches, based on each client’s unique situation.
• Establish realistic therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, providing continuous monitoring and adjustments to the treatment plan as needed.
• Offer teletherapy options, effectively utilizing telehealth platforms to ensure that access to therapy remains uninterrupted, especially for clients with mobility issues or scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring client confidentiality and data security.
• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to discuss cases, share insights, and foster a supportive network among colleagues.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and relevant certifications to stay abreast of the latest mental health practices and methodologies.

• A valid state license as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or as a Psy.D.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients, establishing trust and rapport.
• A non-judgmental and empathetic attitude, capable of handling sensitive topics with grace and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple cases concurrently.

• Previous experience in a private practice setting is a plus, but we are also open to exceptional candidates from other mental health backgrounds.
• Familiarity with telehealth services and virtual therapy platforms is highly desirable.
• Experience working with clients with diverse mental health disorders, particularly trauma-informed care practices.
