Audit Manager

Founded in 1938,we serve the Indianapolis and the surrounding communities. We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our growing Indianapolis team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated public accounting professional who enjoys working directly with clients, leading audit engagements, and mentoring a team.
 

What You'll Do
-Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion
-Review financial statements, audit workpapers, and supporting documentation
-Develop and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor
-Supervise, train, and mentor senior and staff accountants
-Identify accounting, audit, and internal control issues and provide practical recommendations
-Ensure engagements are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with professional standards
-Assist with complex accounting and technical research matters
-Participate in business development and contribute to firm growth
 

What We're Looking For
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
-Active CPA license strongly preferred
-5+ years of public accounting experience
-Strong audit and assurance experience
-Previous experience supervising or managing audit engagements
-Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards
-Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
-Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
-Client-focused mindset with strong leadership and relationship-building skills
