• Conduct ethically sound and compassionate individual counseling sessions via video chat technology.
• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic techniques to guide clients through their mental health challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their emotions, thoughts, and relationships to facilitate their personal growth.

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health services to stable, low acuity adult clients presenting with a range of mental health needs. You will work directly with individuals seeking to enhance their quality of life through therapy, offering guidance and support tailored to their unique experiences.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid, current state-issued mental health counselor license to work independently (LMFT, LCSW, LPC). Note that we do not offer supervision for provisional licenses.
• No disciplinary actions on your license and no limited/provisional licenses.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic approach to client interactions.
• Strong computer literacy to manage video sessions and client records efficiently.
• Access to a reliable computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities for virtual sessions.
• A dependable internet connection to ensure seamless communication with clients.
