The Lifecare Counseling and Services is seeking dedicated, fully licensed mental health counselors to join our rapidly expanding network. This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide counseling services from the comfort of your own home. • Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring a respectful and compassionate environment for clients.
• Implement solution-focused treatment methodologies tailored to individual client needs.
• Develop, maintain, and revise treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, ensuring alignment with their personal goals.
• Provide insights and therapeutic interventions to assist clients in understanding their emotions, experiences, and relationships.
• Monitor clients' progress and adapt interventions to foster the development of healthy coping mechanisms.
• Coordinate with other mental health professionals as necessary to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Document counseling sessions and maintain accurate records in a timely manner while minimizing paperwork burdens through our streamlined systems.

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults presenting with an array of mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license, allowing you to work independently. Note that we do not provide supervision for provisional licenses.
• Licenses must include, but are not limited to, LMFT, LPC, and LCSW.
• A clean disciplinary record and no pending limitations on your license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients.
• Proficient in using technology, including a computer with audio and webcam capabilities, and knowledge of telehealth systems.
• A reliable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in counseling or mental health services.
• A proven track record in providing telehealth counseling and familiarity with video conferencing tools.
• Experience working within diverse populations and understanding the cultural nuances in mental health care.
