• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the needs and goals of clients.
• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing best practices and evidence-based methodologies, ensuring client engagement and progress tracking.
• Provide therapy using diverse communication methods, such as video consultations, audio messages, online journaling, and goal-setting tools available on our platform.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including peer consultations, workshops, and training sessions to refine your clinical skills.

You will primarily work with low-acuity adult clients who are seeking support for a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and relationship issues. Additionally, you will address clients needing specialty counseling services related to grief, weight management, and other life transitions. All patients referred to you will have been pre-screened to ensure stability, allowing you to focus on providing effective interventions without the complexities involved in severe cases.

• Master's degree or doctorate in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current, full Independent LPCC licensure without any disciplinary actions.
• Strong technological proficiency with reliable internet access as well as a functioning phone and PC or laptop (tablets are not applicable).

• Previous experience in a telehealth or digital counseling environment is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging therapeutic relationships through remote methods.
• Experience in tailoring interventions based on diverse client demographics and needs.
