• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies for clients.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families via video or audio sessions.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive client care and refer clients to additional resources as necessary.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to remain informed about the latest advancements and trends in mental health treatment.

You will work primarily with a diverse client base that includes individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Many clients may have limited access to traditional mental health services, making your role vital in fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable seeking help. • A valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Florida is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and telehealth technology.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling or Psychology is highly preferred.
• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care will be considered an asset.
• Experience with various therapeutic modalities and awareness of cultural competencies in mental health practice.

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Employees will benefit from:
