Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager / Content Editor to support the planning, execution, and ongoing enhancement of our web application and website content. This role combines project management discipline with hands-on content oversight, ensuring digital initiatives are delivered on time while maintaining high-quality, accurate, and user-focused content.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
  • Lead end-to-end project coordination for web application and website updates, enhancements, and releases
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional teams
  • Track progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful delivery
  • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, developers, designers, and leadership
  • Facilitate meetings, status updates, and reporting on project performance

Content Management & Editing
  • Create, edit, and maintain website and web application content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, style guidelines, and user experience standards
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into user-friendly content
  • Review and publish content updates using CMS platforms
  • Optimize content for SEO, accessibility, and usability best practices

Quality & Continuous Improvement
  • Conduct regular audits of website and application content to ensure relevance and accuracy
  • Implement content governance processes and version control standards
  • Support UX/UI improvements by aligning content with user journeys and business objectives

Required Qualifications
