As a mental health counselor at Serenity Counseling Services, you will participate in a fully structured counselor network that prioritizes your professional growth and supports your practice.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough and compassionate mental health assessments via video conferencing.
• Providing individualized mental health counseling that adheres to ethical best practices.
• Utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused treatment modalities to craft tailored treatment plans.
• Supporting clients in developing insights into their emotions, behaviors, and life situations, facilitating personal growth.
• Monitoring client progress throughout treatment, adjusting plans as necessary, and fostering healthy coping skills.
• Participating in continual professional development and seeking opportunities for collaboration with peers.

You will primarily serve adults presenting with stable, low-acuity mental health challenges. The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Licenses accepted include: LMFT, LCPC, LCSW. Please note that provisional or limited licenses will not be considered.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach to client care.
• Proficient computer skills, with access to a computer equipped with video and audio capabilities for virtual counseling sessions.
• A reliable internet connection is essential for this remote position.

We value candidates who bring at least two years of experience in providing therapeutic services. Familiarity with various psychological assessment tools and treatment modalities is a plus.
