• Conduct secure and confidential remote therapy sessions with individuals and groups, utilizing advanced telehealth technologies.
• Perform detailed assessments to evaluate clients' unique emotional, social, and mental health needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans and effective intervention strategies.
• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention, ensuring the mental and emotional safety of clients during challenging situations.
• Assist clients in accessing community resources and social services that foster their overall well-being and promote self-sufficiency.
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic client records, including progress notes and treatment plans compliant with legal and ethical standards.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Oasis of Hope, you will primarily work with diverse populations facing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. By providing tailored support through remote therapy, you will help clients cultivate resilience and improve their mental health outcomes.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia or the state where you practice.
• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth technology and platforms to conduct remote therapy sessions efficiently.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills essential for effective remote interactions with clients.
• Strong commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality in all therapeutic practices.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a virtual teletherapy environment.
• Flexibility in scheduling is crucial, as you may need to accommodate client appointments across varied time zones.

• A minimum of three years of experience in clinical social work or a related field is highly preferred, showcasing an understanding of best practices in therapeutic interventions.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
