Position Overview

The New Rediscovered Behavioral Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time, remote position. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility and convenience for both you and your clients. Our telehealth platform enables you to connect with clients through secure video and audio conferencing, ensuring that each session is conducted in a professional and confidential manner. With a supportive virtual team environment, you will receive ongoing supervision and collaboration from other licensed professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions, utilizing recognized therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Continuously monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure alignment with therapeutic goals.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and formulate safety plans for clients facing acute mental health challenges.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and local resources to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions, adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality requirements.

The clients you will serve encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding individuals toward recovery, resiliency, and improved quality of life. Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license in Pennsylvania.
  • At least two years of relevant experience in a clinical counseling setting.
  • Proficiency in mental health assessment frameworks and treatment planning methodologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaboratively work with interdisciplinary teams.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
