What We Need:

The Global Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is a member of the Executive Leadership Team responsible for developing and executing RCS's global commercial strategy, driving sustainable revenue growth, and expanding the company's leadership position as the premier provider of technology solutions for the broadcast radio, audio, and media industries.
Reporting directly to the CEO & President, the CRO will lead all global revenue-generating functions, including enterprise software sales, SaaS subscriptions, strategic partnerships, customer success, licensing, digital products, and emerging technology solutions. This executive will unify the company's go-to-market strategy across the Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and other international markets while accelerating growth through innovation, customer engagement, and strategic partnerships.
As a division of iHeartMedia, the CRO will leverage RCS's industry leadership and global relationships to expand commercial opportunities across broadcast radio, streaming audio, podcasting, connected vehicles, and next-generation media technologies.

What You'll Do:

Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global revenue strategy that supports RCS's long-term growth objectives.

  • Drive sustainable growth across software licensing, SaaS subscriptions, cloud-based products, enterprise services, customer support offerings, data solutions, and consulting services.

  • Identify new revenue opportunities in AI, automation, metadata, music intelligence, audience analytics, advertising technology, and digital audio ecosystems.

  • Expand recurring revenue while increasing customer lifetime value through cross-selling, upselling, renewals, and strategic account management.

Global Sales Leadership

Lead and optimize worldwide commercial teams responsible for:

  • Maintain deep awareness of evolving trends in broadcast technology, digital audio, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, media automation, and audience engagement.

Executive Leadership

  • Partner with the CEO & President and Executive Leadership Team to establish corporate strategy, annual operating plans, and long-term objectives.

  • Collaborate across Finance, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to ensure execution excellence and customer success.

  • Present performance, strategic initiatives, and growth opportunities to executive leadership and stakeholders.

  • Develop and mentor future leaders while building a culture centered on innovation, accountability, collaboration, and customer success.

What You'll Need:

Required Experience

  • 15+ years of executive leadership within enterprise software, SaaS, media technology, broadcast technology, AdTech, or digital media.

  • Proven success leading global B2B sales organizations serving enterprise customers.

  • Demonstrated experience managing recurring revenue businesses with subscription and licensing models.

  • Strong understanding of the broadcast radio, digital audio, streaming, podcasting, or media technology industries.

  • Track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and driving profitable international growth.

  • Experience leading organizational transformation and scaling high-performing commercial teams.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with broadcast software, automation, scheduling, traffic, or playout systems.

  • Knowledge of music programming technologies and metadata platforms.

  • Experience with cloud software, AI-enabled products, and enterprise SaaS businesses.
