OverviewAccelerating growth by engaging partners and developing high-impact pipeline opportunities.ย As a Specialist II, Sales Development at Shure, you will play a key role in advancing the company's go-to-market strategy across the Seattle and broader Pacific Northwest region. This role partners closely with the channel ecosystem to transform high-quality leads into meaningful pipeline, driving growth across assigned territories and target segments. By collaborating with partners, you will uncover customer needs, introduces Shure's solutions, and helps build scalable business opportunities. The position expands Shure's presence by nurturing early-stage interest, deepening partner engagement, and accelerating opportunity creation. Success is measured by pipeline generation, contribution to revenue growth, and strong alignment with Shure's strategic priorities.ย This is a remote position, with candidates required to be located in the Seattle, WA area or within the broader Pacific Northwest region.Responsibilities
  • Work closely with partner account managers and engineers to drive technical awareness, Shure brand building, and serve as an on-site Shure resource. May integrate with local partner teams to be a part of their overall culture.ย 
  • Focused on the dealer channel, executes strategic plans to identify, research, evaluate, and prioritize market leads and opportunities to reach potential customers outside of the current Company revenue stream.ย 
  • Execute sales enablement training programs and product launch presentations to increase awareness and understanding of the benefits of Company product categories. Supports partner sales team as an extended technical consultant for customer projects.ย 
  • Works closely with business leaders to communicate growth opportunities. Responsible for lead qualifications. Identifies "sales-ready" prospects and is responsible for cross-selling and up-selling during the tele-qualification process.ย ย 
  • Anticipates customer needs and overcomes competitive sales objections while positioning products against competition. Delivers prepared sales messaging for Shure products/solutions to move potential customers through the buying process ultimately leading to purchase.ย 
  • Partners with supported sales team to schedule calls with prospective customers and ensure timely and effective handoffs.
  • Familiar with the Marketing Plan between Shure and dealer partner/channel and work with the Shure Business Leader and Channel Marketing team on execution as directed. ย 
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree inย business or relevant professional field.ย ย 
  • Minimum 2 years of experienceย as a sales account professional beyond entry level with a comprehensiveย technical knowledge of audio principles and products.ย 
  • Market experience inย Musicย Industry,ย retail, broadcast, integration, and/or productionย a plus.ย ย 
  • Demonstrates goodย judgment.ย Exercisesย judgmentย within defined procedures and practices to determineย appropriateย action.ย ย 
  • Ability to build productive internal and external working relationships.ย 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.ย ย

The base salary for this position ranges from $69,600 to $118,400.ย  This position may also be eligible for our incentive pay program, which varies based on individual and Company performance in the year.
