Our outpatient office operates with a focus on accessibility, and you will utilize telehealth tools to conduct assessments and deliver therapy from the comfort of your own home.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans that address clients' specific needs and goals.
• Document all sessions and treatment plans meticulously to comply with regulatory standards and maintain client confidentiality.
• Employ evidence-based practices and screening tools, as guided by our clinical team, to ensure optimal client outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute positive behavior support plans and crisis intervention strategies.
• Participate actively in ongoing supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest in mental health practices.
• Engage in proactive outreach to clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they feel supported throughout their treatment journey.

Your work will focus on a diverse spectrum of clients, including individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges, those in recovery from substance use, and patients with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. Your empathetic and dedicated approach is essential in helping these individuals navigate their unique journeys toward recovery and well-being.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
• Successful completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting, providing the necessary foundational experience.
• License eligibility in the state of Florida, demonstrating your commitment to professional standards in mental health care.
• A valid driver's license in good standing, facilitating potential outreach services.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, necessary for building trust and rapport with clients quickly.
• Strong listening abilities and empathy, balanced with the capacity to provide constructive guidance in challenging situations.
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills, essential for maintaining accurate client records and documentation.

• Experience in telehealth services or remote counseling is highly advantageous, allowing for seamless client interactions.
