Job description

Boutique Florida law firm looking for a competent, effective and experienced civil litigator to join our unique and energetic legal team for the benefit of our extraordinary clients located all over the world. Located in Fort Lauderdale but opening an additional Boca Raton office soon.

Job Type: Open to full-time, part-time, per diem or contract work

Pay and Benefits: Competitive. Depends upon experience, justifiable hourly rate and compensation arrangement. We offer several packages.

Schedule: As the workload requires. Remote, hybrid and in-person are all possibilities.

Experience:

  • Federal and state court civil litigation experience: 5-10 years minimum (Required)
  • Ability to prepare for and effectively take discovery depositions (Required)
  • Strong pretrial skills (Required) including drafting pleadings, motion practice, hearings, case management, discovery and summary judgment phases, writing and editing
  • Trial experience a plus, but not required
  • Experience with intellectual property litigation a plus, but not required
  • Business transactional experience and skill a plus, but not required
  • Movable book of business a plus, but not required
