Responsibilities
- Work with the Video Editor and high-level communications staffers to make videos that are wide-reaching, compelling, and on-message
- Work with Campaign Photographer to review, edit, and deliver polished, color corrected photography
- Collaborate with colleagues to create shotlists, storyboard video ideas, and brainstorm new solutions to everyday video-related challenges
- Deliver finished, color-corrected, and captioned videos in a timely manner in accordance with internal deadlines
Requirements
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom
- Strong drive to learn and quick to adapt to new tools and technologies
- Exceptional editorial judgment and an understanding of the modern media landscape, particularly social media platforms with vertical video
- Robust interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize work across different projects on a tight schedule
- Willingness to work some nights and weekends as required
- No experience in politics required
