We're seeking a Senior Manager, Digital PMO Enablement to lead the evolution of our project, program, and portfolio management (PPM) digital ecosystem. This is a strategic, high-impact leadership role at the center of our PMO modernization journey.
What You'll Lead
Digital Enablement Strategy
  • Shape and drive the multi-year digital strategy that supports our PMO and the business sectors it serves.
  • Modernize our PPM ecosystem using platforms including ServiceNow SPM, MS Project, Power BI and PMO adoption of AI.
  • Evaluate emerging PPM solutions and recommend enhancements that improve usability, workflow integration, and delivery effectiveness.
Tool Ownership & Platform Integration
  • Own the full lifecycle of PMO digital tools: capability development, configuration decisions, integrations, release readiness, and performance.
  • Ensure our tools provide a cohesive user experience across planning, execution, and reporting activities.
  • Oversee digital workflow optimization and ensure alignment between tools and delivery practices.
Enterprise Portfolio Reporting & Digital Insights
  • Lead the strategy for enterprise and strategic portfolio reporting.
  • Oversee the development and evolution of dashboards, analytics, and reporting structures that provide visibility into portfolio performance.
  • Drive modernization efforts using improved visualizations, forward-looking indicators, and predictive insights.
Adoption, Readiness & Stakeholder Enablement
  • Drive the strategic approach for digital tool adoption across IT and relevant business sectors.
  • Partner with PMO Training and OCM teams to support communication, readiness, and enablement efforts as new digital capabilities roll out.
  • Engage broadly with PMs, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure digital tools are understood, used effectively, and delivering value.

Who You'll Lead
You will lead a small, high impact team that includes the Framework and Lifecycle Manager, the PMO Digital Tools Analyst, and the Agile Enablement Analyst.
Your leadership will ensure strong collaboration between process guidance and digital capability execution.

Required Skills and Education
  • 10+ years of experience with PPM tools, digital enablement, portfolio systems, or similar PMO-related digital leadership roles. Bachelors Required. Or, 12+ years with an AA degree.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM and/or MS Project
  • Demonstrated leadership supporting digital strategies, platforms, integrations, or modernization initiatives
  • Deep understanding of portfolio reporting, data structures, dashboards, and analytics
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new digital capabilities
  • Experience leading teams or senior individual contributors
  • Outstanding communication and partnership skills

Preferred Skills and Education
• PMP or related project/portfolio management certification.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, and modern collaboration platforms.
• Background in digital transformation within PMO, IT, or enterprise-level delivery organizations.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
