Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Documentation: Quickly and accurately prepare intake summaries, treatment plans, and ongoing case summaries while upholding patient confidentiality in accordance with state and NCQA regulations.
  • Supervision: Depending on your qualifications, you may supervise Post Masters Fellows, Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage Family Therapists, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors who are in various stages of their professional journey.
  • Family Support: Provide appropriate guidance to clients' families regarding treatment protocols, helping to foster a supportive environment at home that encourages adherence to treatment.
  • Resource Utilization: Leverage resources from public and private agencies to meet clientsโ€™ specific needs, ensuring referrals to external support when necessary.
  • Clinical Program Development: Collaborate with team members in developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical treatment programs tailored for members dealing with acute or chronic mental illnesses.
