• Clinical Documentation: Quickly and accurately prepare intake summaries, treatment plans, and ongoing case summaries while upholding patient confidentiality in accordance with state and NCQA regulations.
• Supervision: Depending on your qualifications, you may supervise Post Masters Fellows, Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage Family Therapists, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors who are in various stages of their professional journey.
• Family Support: Provide appropriate guidance to clients' families regarding treatment protocols, helping to foster a supportive environment at home that encourages adherence to treatment.
• Resource Utilization: Leverage resources from public and private agencies to meet clients’ specific needs, ensuring referrals to external support when necessary.
• Clinical Program Development: Collaborate with team members in developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical treatment programs tailored for members dealing with acute or chronic mental illnesses.
• Outpatient Psychotherapy: Engage with individuals, couples, families, and groups to provide therapeutic support that is effective and empathetic, focusing on achieving positive patient outcomes.
• Patient Education: Instruct and counsel clients and their families on compliance with therapeutic regimens, always operating within the scope of practice.
• Psychoeducational Groups: Design and facilitate classes and support groups aimed at reinforcing treatment understanding and promoting mental health education.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Mind Nurturing Healthcare Services, you will engage with a diverse clientele spanning various age groups and cultural backgrounds. Your clients may be individuals seeking help for anxiety, depression, trauma, or chronic mental health conditions. • A Master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• Strong understanding of mental health regulations and standards, ensuring adherence to departmental policies to maintain high levels of patient privacy and care.

• Previous experience in remote counseling or telehealth services is highly advantageous but not essential.
