As a Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized mental health counseling to a diverse caseload of clients, primarily low-acuity adults.

The ideal candidate for this position must possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state license in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Independent licensure without supervision and a clean disciplinary record.
• Excellent interpersonal skills supplemented by strong computer literacy to navigate telehealth platforms effectively.
• A stable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate uninterrupted remote services.

While not mandatory, preferred experience includes:

• Previous experience providing telehealth services or remote counseling.
• Experience working with a diverse client population, including those in underserved communities.
