• Serve as a primary clinician, working directly with clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments to identify client needs effectively.
• Create and implement integrated care plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring all parties involved have access to pertinent information.
• Provide a range of focused interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, addressing specific presenting problems.
• Monitor client caseload, ensuring timely and appropriate services, including updates on admission, continued stay, and discharge criteria.
• Engage in crisis intervention strategies when necessary, providing immediate support and resources to clients in distress.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborative care efforts to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with professional ethical standards and quality assurance protocols.
• Complete all necessary documentation and reporting in a timely manner to maintain accurate records and facilitate care continuity.

The LCSW will engage with a broad spectrum of clients, primarily focusing on school-aged children and adolescents dealing with emotional and behavioral challenges. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Kansas.
