Senior Sales Enablement Specialist

Location: USA remote

Position Summary

The Senior Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing programs that improve seller productivity, reinforce sales methodologies, drive tool adoption, and enable consistent execution across the sales organization. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Marketing, Alliances, and Product teams to ensure sellers and managers have the skills, content, tools, and processes necessary to achieve predictable revenue growth.

The Sales Enablement Senior Specialist serves as the bridge between sales strategy and field execution, ensuring that selling standards are translated into practical workflows, learning experiences, content, and coaching programs that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Readiness

  • Develop and manage role-based enablement programs for Account Executives (AEs), Client Delivery Partners, and other sales roles.
  • Develop and maintain asynchronous learning content and self-paced learning paths.
  • Translate sales processes and methodologies into actionable field tools, templates, and guides.
  • Deliver ongoing reinforcement programs using micro-learning, practice exercises, and manager coaching resources.

Content Strategy & Management

  • Own the enablement content lifecycle from creation through retirement.
  • Curate, organize, and maintain:
    • Pitch decks
    • Proposal resources
    • Competitive positioning assets
  • Partner with subject matter experts to ensure content remains current and relevant.

Tool Adoption & Enablement

  • Create tool adoption programs, playbooks, and job aids for sales technologies.
  • Lead training and communication plans for new tool releases and enhancements.
  • Develop role-specific guidance for CRM, AI-enabled tools, and seller productivity platforms.

Enablement Analytics & Reporting

  • Establish and monitor enablement KPIs related to adoption, proficiency, and business impact.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to track enablement metrics within CRM and reporting platforms.
  • Use data and feedback to continuously improve enablement programs.
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Learning & Development, Revenue Enablement, or related functions.
  • Must have experience in a consulting organization, preferably a Microsoft Partner.
  • Demonstrated experience developing training, onboarding, and sales enablement programs.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, sales technologies, and learning management systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of modern sales methodologies and qualification frameworks.
  • Experience with AI-enabled productivity and sales tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM reporting and sales analytics.

Base Salary Pay Range*: USD $80,000  - USD $120,000

*The current applicable Base Salary Pay Range for this role is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
