Analyst/Programmer Specialist – .NET / MuleSoft / Azure

Job Summary

We are seeking an Analyst/Programmer Specialist to support and develop custom applications across the agency. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET/MVC, MuleSoft, Azure, SQL, and Java/Spring.

This role will support existing applications, APIs, integrations, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions while also helping design and implement new applications to meet business needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other agencies in an Agile development environment and will contribute to establishing consistent development standards across projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, enhance, maintain, and support custom applications across the agency.

  • Design and implement applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and ASP.NET MVC.

  • Develop and support MuleSoft APIs and integrations across agency systems.

  • Support existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and integrations.

  • Maintain and enhance applications developed using .NET, Java, Spring, and other technologies.

  • Develop and maintain Azure WebJobs and other Azure-based application components.

  • Support Talend and MuleSoft solutions used for data transfer and system integration.

  • Work with various database technologies and develop efficient SQL queries.

  • Analyze existing applications and implement enhancements, fixes, and performance improvements.

  • At least 2 years of experience with ASP.NET/MVC and .NET.

  • At least 2 years of experience with C#.

  • At least 2 years of experience with SQL and relational databases.

  • At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Azure.

  • At least 2 years of experience working in an Agile development environment.
