Role Overview:
A Graphic Designer with Aurio plays a crucial role in crafting visually compelling designs that effectively communicate both ours and our clients' brand messages. They bring expertise to execute both creative and graphic design projects. The Graphic Designer will work closely with Aurio's marketing and creative team to develop engaging content across various digital and print media. This role will start as part-time or on a trial-basis offer to test ability and skillset. Full-time employment will be offered depending on fit.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Develop and create innovative designs for a variety of media including websites, SEO, social media, email, marketing materials, brochures, print, and advertising materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project scope and objectives.
  • Safeguard brand consistency across all design outputs, ensuring every asset aligns seamlessly with the company's established visual identity.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive style guides, color palettes, typography standards, and UI as assigned.
  • Utilize graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality digital and print materials.
  • Export, format, and optimize final design files correctly for various digital platforms.
  • Remain current with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design materials.
  • Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
  • Maintain an organized, up-to-date digital asset management (DAM) system or cloud storage library so cross-functional teams can easily access projects.
