This full-time position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. You will be part of a dynamic outpatient facility that prioritizes accessibility and client-centered care. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and support staff, you will utilize advanced telehealth systems and communication tools to connect with clients seamlessly.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to address clients' unique needs.
• Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans, assessing client progress and adjusting strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with a team of mental health specialists, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide timely follow-up and communication with psychiatrists regarding the treatment of clients who require hospitalization or additional support.
• Identify potential barriers to recovery and implement preventative strategies to promote sustained mental health improvement.
• Engage with family members and primary caregivers, offering guidance and education on managing behavioral health challenges to facilitate a supportive home environment.

• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in a counseling role, preferably in an outpatient or remote setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enhancing client interactions and team collaborations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong capacity for empathy and active listening.

• A master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is advantageous.
• Prior experience in telehealth or remote therapy practices is highly desirable.
• Experience in trauma-informed care or working with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of psychotropic medications and their impact on mental health treatment.

The compensation package for this position is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 101,000, which will be commensurate with experience and productivity.
