Cupix is a leading provider of 3D reality capture and spatial intelligence solutions, serving construction, facility management, and engineering markets. We've achieved impressive growth over the past few years, doubling our revenue year-over-year. Our flagship platform CupixWorks serves mid-market and enterprise clients, while our new SaaS product CupixVista is poised to democratize 3D reality capture for a broader market including architects, engineers, surveyors, and SMB construction companies.
The Opportunity
We're seeking a Product Led Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead the commercial launch of CupixVista in 2026 and build our PLG engine from the ground up. This role will be instrumental in our expansion strategy, initially focusing on CupixVista's go-to-market and eventually scaling PLG methodologies across our entire customer portfolio. You'll work directly with our VPof Marketing and Product Owners and have significant autonomy to build and execute growth strategies that drive our ambitious customer acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities
Product Launch & Go-to-Market
  • Lead the commercial launch strategy for CupixVista in 2026, transitioning from beta to full market release
  • Develop and execute PLG playbooks for onboarding, activation, and conversion optimization
  • Create and manage in-product marketing campaigns and user journey touchpoints
  • Design and implement free trial strategies to maximize user acquisition and conversion

Growth Operations & Analytics
  • Own the implementation and optimization of Customer.io for lifecycle marketing and user engagement
  • Leverage Amplitude for product analytics, user behavior analysis, and conversion funnel optimization
  • Build comprehensive dashboards and reporting systems to track PLG metrics and campaign performance
  • Conduct A/B tests across user journeys, messaging, and product experiences

Market Expansion & Customer Acquisition
  • Develop targeted acquisition strategies for architects, engineers, surveyors, and SMB construction markets
  • Create vertical-specific marketing campaigns and messaging frameworks
  • Build and optimize digital marketing funnels across multiple channels (SEM, content, social, partnerships)
  • Collaborate with product team to identify and resolve activation and adoption barriers

Strategic Growth Planning
  • Develop PLG strategies for eventual application to existing CupixWorks customer base
  • Create scalable processes and systems to support rapid user base growth
  • Partner with sales team to optimize product-qualified lead (PQL) handoff processes
  • Build competitive intelligence and market positioning strategies for new market segments
Key Metrics to Own
  • User Acquisition: Monthly active users, trial sign-ups, organic growth rate
  • Activation & Engagement: Time-to-value, feature adoption rates, user engagement scores
  • Conversion: Trial-to-paid conversion rates, upgrade rates, revenue per user
  • Retention: Churn rates, NPS scores, customer lifetime value
  • Growth Efficiency: Customer acquisition cost (CAC), LTV:CAC ratios, payback periods
  • Pipeline Contribution: Product-qualified leads generated, pipeline velocity, revenue attribution
Required Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record launching and scaling PLG initiatives with measurable results
  • Hands-on experience with Customer.io (or similar lifecycle marketing platforms), Amplitude (or similar product analytics tools), HubSpot (or similar) and Salesforce.com
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and statistical analysis
  • Experience marketing to technical audiences (architects, engineers, construction professionals preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
