These jobs include roles such as translation, interpretation, teaching, customer support, content creation, and localization. Employers may require native or fluent Arabic skills along with familiarity with specific dialects or technical terminology. Remote work offers flexibility and opportunities to collaborate with international teams. Candidates typically need reliable internet access and the ability to work independently.

Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Affiliate Manager (GCC) based in Netherlands.

As Affiliate Manager, you will lead player acquisition across the Gulf region, with a strong focus on driving high-quality First Time Depositors (FTDs) and sustainable revenue growth. You'll own acquisition strategy across GCC markets and work across affiliates, paid media, influencers, SEO, and strategic partnerships. The role combines commercial ownership with hands-on performance marketing, requiring a strong understanding of regional player behavior and acquisition dynamics. You'll build valuable relationships with affiliates, agencies, publishers, and other strategic partners while continuously optimizing campaign performance. Working closely with CRM, Product, BI, Content, Compliance, and Design teams, you'll help turn market insights into effective acquisition initiatives. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape regional growth within a fast-paced, global, and performance-driven environment.

Accountabilities
  • Own and execute the player acquisition strategy across GCC markets, with a clear focus on FTD, revenue, and sustainable growth targets.
  • Develop, launch, manage, and optimize acquisition campaigns across affiliates, paid media, influencers, SEO, strategic partnerships, and other relevant channels.
  • Identify new acquisition opportunities, emerging channels, and innovative approaches to accelerate growth across the region.
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with affiliate partners, media agencies, publishers, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using metrics including player quality, CPA, ROI, LTV, FTDs, revenue, and conversion rates.
  • Manage acquisition budgets and ensure marketing spend is allocated efficiently to maximize commercial returns.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Product, BI, Content, Compliance, and Design teams to improve campaign effectiveness and player conversion.
  • Apply local market knowledge and consumer insights to ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and aligned with GCC player behavior.
  • Analyze competitor activity, market developments, acquisition strategies, and customer trends to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, forecasts, and actionable strategic recommendations for senior management.
  • Continuously evaluate acquisition performance and adjust channel, partner, and budget strategies based on data and commercial results.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in acquisition, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or growth marketing within the iGaming industry.
  • Proven track record of driving meaningful player acquisition and FTD growth across GCC markets.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, paid acquisition, digital marketing, and performance-led growth strategies.
  • Experience negotiating and managing CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and other commercial partnership models.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into effective business decisions.
  • Highly commercial mindset with strong negotiation, relationship-building, and partner management capabilities.
  • Experience using acquisition platforms, analytics solutions, marketing technologies, and performance measurement tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
  • Fluent English is required; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
  • An established network of GCC affiliates, agencies, media partners, or influencers is a strong advantage.
  • Experience launching or scaling casino brands in regulated or emerging markets is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of GCC player acquisition trends and regional payment ecosystems is advantageous.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced, and performance-driven environment.
Benefits
  • Fully remote, full-time position based in Poland.
  • Attractive remuneration package based on qualifications and professional experience.
  • Opportunity to build a career within a global, rapidly growing organization.
  • High-impact role with significant ownership of acquisition strategy and regional growth.
  • Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
  • Company-wide events and team activities designed to foster a collaborative and supportive culture.
  • Monthly Wolt allowance.
  • Fully equipped kitchen with complimentary snacks, fresh fruit, and beverages.
  • Access to a medical and wellness app supporting both physical and mental well-being.
  • Opportunity to work with international teams and develop expertise across the dynamic GCC acquisition market.
