What is a remote Arabic court interpreter?

Remote Arabic Court Interpreters are language professionals who facilitate communication between Arabic-speaking individuals and English-speaking participants during court proceedings, using telecommunication tools such as video or phone calls. They accurately translate spoken or signed messages in real time, ensuring all parties understand the legal process and their rights. Their work is essential for upholding fairness and due process in legal settings, especially when in-person interpretation is not feasible.
