Join Farmers Insurance District of Alabama in Mountain Brook as an Apprentice Agent in a hybrid role combining local office work and remote responsibilities. This position offers structured training through the University of Farmers® and district mentorship, providing a clear development path toward a successful career in insurance and potential agency ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and recommend Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products tailored to client needs.
  • Support new and existing clients through quotes, applications, policy changes, and the claims process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records in the agency CRM.
  • Participate in district-led training, mentorship sessions, and ongoing professional development.
