Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on both pre-crisis and crisis interventions.
  • Document all client interactions and treatment interventions promptly and according to regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with industry protocols.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools effectively to assess client needs and guide therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to outline and implement positive behavioral support plans that cater to individual client needs.
  • Take an active role in the accreditation and licensing processes, ensuring the clinic maintains its high standards of operation.
  • Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, fostering collaborative relationships that enhance client service delivery.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as attending workshops and conferences, to stay updated with best practices in mental health counseling.
  • Promote and embody the agency's mission and values in all interactions, advocating for client-centric care.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to a cohesive team environment.

Qualifications
