What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, equipment selection, and technical proposal development.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn, contribute, and achieve results.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience participating in municipal or industrial bidding/tendering processes.
  • Hands-on experience with controls, electrical panels, instrumentation, or mechanical equipment.
