Senior Application Analyst - Ambulatory 

Location: Radnor, PA (Remote) 

Schedule: Full-Time, Day Schedule - Includes On-Call Rotations

Compensation: $111,571.20 - $172,848.00

  • Make an Impact! We are seeking a dedicated pharmacist with strong Epic build experience to join our team. This role is critical in supporting the launch and growth of our specialty pharmacy programs. The ideal candidate will focus on designing and optimizing Epic workflows to support patient enrollment into specialty programs, developing defined outreach schedules that trigger automated follow-ups, and implementing functionality to track outreach attempts and engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a transformative initiative that directly impacts patient care and operational efficiency. This role supports the EPIC Beacon Team, which is a part of our Ambulatory applications.

What We Are Looking For: 
Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years recent healthcare information systems or clinical management systems experience. 
  • Epic experience strongly preferred
  • Large scale healthcare systems planning and implementation experience on application software products. 
  • Familiarity with Pharmacy formulary distribution and billing systems. 
  • Working knowledge of computerized reference databases such as MicroMedex, Clinical Pharmacology, Facts & Comparisons. 
  • Working knowledge of applicable pharmacy order entry and dispensing automation systems. Experience with other pharmacy systems a plus. 
  • Up-to-date knowledge of drug laws and agency regulations, including but not limited to DEA, FDA, OSHA, TJC, PA DOH, and Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy. 
  • Up-to-Date knowledge of drugs carried on Formulary and new drugs introduced to the market.
    Education:
     
  • Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy - from an accredited university program required. 
  • Advanced training or master's degree in information Services strongly preferred 


    Licensures/Certifications:
     

  • Current Epic certification(s) and/or appropriate certification as defined by role (if applicable to application(s) or must be willing to travel for training and achieve certification within 90 days of completed testing. 
  • Pennsylvania pharmacy license or eligibility for one within probationary period, and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy, required.
