About the role
As part of the Marketing team, you will play a key role in shaping and evolving our visual identity. You will work alongside our Brand & Marketing Designer creating compelling creative assets that elevate our brand, support product launches, and engage audiences across the Web3 and trading ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
  • Design modern marketing websites, landing pages, and digital experiences that effectively communicate Injective's products and ecosystem
  • Design high-quality digital assets for the website, blog, social media, paid advertising, email campaigns, presentations, event materials, and other marketing initiatives
  • Create visual content that supports product launches, ecosystem announcements, brand campaigns, and community engagement
  • Develop creative concepts for branding initiatives, events, merchandise, and digital experiences
  • Integrate AI-powered tools into the creative process to accelerate ideation, design exploration, and content creation while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand & Marketing Designer to ensure consistency across all visual communications and maintain a cohesive brand identity
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and maintain a high level of visual quality
  • Partner with marketing leadership to prioritize projects, manage deadlines, and achieve campaign goals
  • Continuously research design trends, emerging creative tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by ensuring all creative assets maintain a consistent, high-quality visual standard across the organization
Who you are:
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a branding agency, creative agency, or in-house design team
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • A portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft, visual quality, and attention to detail is required
  • Experience designing responsive websites that deliver seamless experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile
  • Experience designing for digital channels, including websites, events, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems, component libraries, and scalable brand guidelines in Figma
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator
  • Familiarity with product design principles, user experience, and interface design
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to generate original concepts rather than simply execute existing ideas
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong pixel-perfect mindset and passion for craft is required
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas through thoughtful visual storytelling
  • Ability to produce high-quality creative work while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept through final delivery
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies, AI tools, and creative workflows.
  • Knowledge of or strong interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Based in North/South America or Europe time zones
