The Voice Counseling and Life Skills Consultation Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide services from your home or chosen workspace while still being part of a supportive and collaborative team. You will engage with our team through digital platforms, participate in ongoing training, and collaborate on client care plans. Your primary work environment will involve telehealth sessions, where you will interact directly with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers via video calls and online communication tools.

• Deliver individualized assessments, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for clients with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
• Engage actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive treatment plans and service delivery.
• Conduct brief screenings and comprehensive assessments to tailor interventions that meet diverse client needs.
• Create and implement integrated care plans and facilitate access to additional resources and services as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and respond to urgent client needs, ensuring immediate and effective support.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with ethical standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and follow organizational policies to enhance service delivery.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families to foster understanding of mental health issues and empower self-advocacy.

Your caseload will primarily consist of clients from diverse cultural backgrounds facing major mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Many clients may come from economically disadvantaged situations, requiring not only clinical support but also advocacy in navigating community resources. Your work aims to empower these individuals and provide them with the tools needed for recovery.

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LCSW licensure in Texas.
• Proficient understanding of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies specific to mental health.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with a diverse client base.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience is preferred. Previous work with underserved populations and experience in a remote mental health setting are advantageous. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms will be beneficial, as you will be utilizing these tools for documentation and client interactions.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
