This role is designed to be fully remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while maintaining a high level of support for our patients. As part of our telehealth initiative, you will engage with clients using secure video conferencing platforms, leveraging technology to create a welcoming virtual atmosphere that encourages open dialogue and therapeutic interaction.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing standardized tools and evaluative methods to identify the unique needs of each client.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities tailored to individual goals.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy, facilitating sessions that promote understanding, healing, and growth.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, promoting community and shared experiences among clients facing similar challenges.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
• Respond to mental health crises, offering immediate support and intervention when necessary, while maintaining a focus on client safety and stability.
• Document all interactions accurately and maintain records that comply with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities and team meetings to discuss case management and stay updated with the latest psychological research.

You will be working primarily with adults and adolescents suffering from various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. Your role is essential in facilitating their journey toward recovery and improved mental health through tailored therapeutic interventions.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health diagnoses and evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Experience conducting mental health assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to diverse client needs.
• Demonstrated ability to provide effective individual and group therapy services.
• Strong communication skills, with an aptitude for establishing and maintaining therapeutic relationships.
• Sound judgment, professionalism, and adherence to ethical guidelines in practice.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and service coordination.
• Ability to work effectively within a virtual team environment.

• Experience in telehealth or remote therapy delivery.
• Familiarity with a wide range of therapeutic modalities beyond CBT, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Proven track record of working with a diverse population from various socioeconomic backgrounds.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
